Kaylee Lilac - Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

With a strong foundation in education, leadership, and customer service, Kaylee Lilac brings a well-rounded and client-focused approach to real estate. A graduate of SUNY Cortland, Kaylee holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree and spent several years teaching physical education. Her time in education sharpened her communication skills, organizational ability, and her commitment to guiding others with patience and care.

Kaylee also spent 15 years in the restaurant industry, including three years in management. The fast-paced hospitality world taught her how to anticipate needs, multitask with efficiency, and connect with people from all backgrounds—skills she now applies to every real estate transaction.

As a proud new mom to a baby girl, Kaylee understands firsthand how important it is to find not just a house, but a true place to call home. 

Kaylee lives in the Capital Region with her husband Alex, who is the head varsity basketball coach at Mechanicville High School. Her roots in education, service, and family-first values make her a trusted advocate in any real estate journey.
