Brian and Francine Sinkoff were looking for their forever house in 2015 when they found a four-bedroom, center hall Colonial in a great neighborhood. They noticed an odd room off the basement when the toured the house, but thought little of it. The Sinkoffs learned from the home inspector the room was a bomb shelter. Their neighbors filled in the rest of the story.
